Please Call 708-238-6988 to confirm you reservation date and we will process your deposit payment over the phone and we will forward an Invoice Confirmation with details instructions for securing your date.

REFUNDS

A deposit of $200.00 is required to secure your reservation.  The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the event date.  A valid credit or debit card is required to secure and pay for your reservation.

 

Corporate Checks, Cashier's

Checks, and Money Orders are

other acceptable forms of payment. We do not accept personal checks!

 

A one time Convenience Fee of 3% will be charged to CC/DC made through the payment portal. This applies to both deposits and final payments made on or before the event date. Invoices that are paid in full will only be subject to a single convenience fee at the time that the transaction has been made.

Rolling Video Games Chicago is now accepting Zelle Payments to rvgchicago@gmail.com or (708) 238-6988. 

 

Zelle payments are not subject to a Convenience Fee. 

 

A fee of $100.00 will be charged for any cancellations 14 days prior to

the event!

 

A fee of $25.00 Change Date Fee

will be charged for any date changes made within 72 hours of your event date. 

 

 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THE FOLLOWING OCCURS:

  • You cancel your Reservation 7 days prior to the event.

  • You are not at the address provided for the Reservation and do not receive service.

  • There are no refunds for services performed!

 

Rolling Video Games Chicago Inc., will make every effort to reschedule your event with no penalty to another date, should a cancellation be necessary.

DISCLAIMER: Invoice Confirmations without a deposit are not a contract.  The deposit payment secures your date.  We only accept payments through our secure payment portal.  Phone Payments and/or Third Party payments are not accepted.  Reservation information must match the payment information.

Holiday event dates are subject to a Holiday surcharge of $100. Rolling Video Games Chicago is a family owned business and is willing to accommodate all of your gaming needs.
