What areas do you provide service?

Our goal is to provide service to the Chicagoland Area, its' surrounding suburbs, and Northwest Indiana. A mileage surcharge may be applicable for travel to certain areas, please ask when booking your Reservation.

Do I have to pay for the party in advance?

 

Our Reservations go quickly.  A deposit of $150.00 is required to secure your Reservation.  The final balance is due 1 week prior to the event date.  Full payment is only required if the Reservation is within 48 hours of the event date.

What happens after I book a party? 

 

You will receive an email confirmation with a detailed receipt.  Within 3 business days you should receive your invitations(if requested) by mail.  One week prior to your event date, another email reminder will also be sent out as well.

How do I know if the Mobile Video Game Theater can come to my house?

Prior to booking your party we advise that you check with your city concerning local ordinances of trailers being parked on residential streets.  Rolling Video Games Chicago adheres to all local ordinances.  Our trailers will not block alleys or neighbor's driveways. Permission must be obtained prior to our arrival!  We require at least 40 feet of parking space to allow for the best gaming experience possible.

What about bad weather?

We come out in rain, snow, or extreme heat.  Our Mobile Video Game Theater is climate controlled!  As long as the road conditions are safe, we will be able to provide you with service.

What time should I make the party?

The Mobile Video Game Theater is only available for the booking time.  So please plan other activities accordingly.

What time will you arrive?

The Game Coach will arrive 10 -15 minutes before your event time.  Please make sure the parking area for the Mobile Video Game Theater is ready.  We will not extend your event time if the parking area is not secure.

Can I request certain games?

IThe Mobile Video Game Theater comes with a full gaming library to every event. We carry the hottest and newest multiplayer titles across all four systems(Wii U, Wii, XBOX, & PS4).   Your Game Coach will listen to you and make suggestions to ensure your event is successful.

 Should I be concerned about the games offered?

 

 If you have such concerns, please inform us at the time you book your reservation.  The Game Coach will make sure the gaming is appropriate per you request.

Will the players/gamers know what to do?

We offer games for players at all levels.  We also provide a "Game Coach" to assist, inspire, and instruct your guests.  We will make sure that your Mobile Video Game party is the "Best Party of the Year!"

 

 

 

 

What if too many people show up for the party?  Is there an extra charge?

 

 

We can accommodate 16 to 24 players at one time.  Please be advised that additional gamers will significantly increase the intervals between game play.  This is a private party and should be treated as such to maximize your guests party time.  If your guest count goes over 24 a second Game Coach may be required at an additional fee of $50.00.

Do I tip the Game Coach?

The Game Coach is there to make sure that your guests are making the most of our high-tech fun.  He/She is there to assist, inspire, and instruct.  Tipping for exceptional service in a great idea, but not required.
