Coronavirus Awareness & Prevention
 

Rolling Video Games Chicago is committed to providing a clean, sanitized, safe, and fun environment for all of our gaming events.  We routinely clean and disinfect all surfaces, gaming equipment and seating areas before, during and after each event.  All of our disinfecting cleaners and wipes are rated to Kill 99%.9 of viruses and bacteria on all surfaces.  Hand sanitizer stations are also conveniently located at each entrance for ease of access.  The following guidelines will be implemented with no exceptions.

 

• Guest count inside the game trailer can't exceed 15. Outside gaming stations are available for 6 to 8 additional players.

• Rolling Video Games Chicago is not currently servicing parties over 10 guests.

• All gamers must wear a face covering at all times during the party.

• All gamers are required to use hand sanitizer each time they enter the gaming truck.  

• Gloves can be provided upon request if preferred. 

• Anyone with an elevated temperature of 100 degrees will not be allowed to participate.

 

Rolling Video Games Chicago reserves the right to decline or cancel service if any of the above guidelines are not met upon arrival and maintained during the event.  Refunds will not be given for services not provided due to the COVID-19 Guidelines not be observed by any of the guest.
